Sol777 Terms and Conditions – General Platform Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and sol777 ("Platform", "we"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on sol777, you confirm that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms;
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil (18 years of age or older);
• Is not on any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion list for betting platforms;
• The information provided at registration is truthful, accurate, and current;
• Acknowledges that these Terms may be updated by sol777 at any time, with prior notice to active users.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the rules of the Responsible Gambling of sol777, which form an integral part of this agreement.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on sol777 and use the platform's services, users are required to:

• Be 18 years of age or older – sol777 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances;
• Reside in Brazil – Sol777's services are aimed at the Brazilian market;
• Have a valid CPF – your CPF is linked to your account and used for identity verification and payment processing;
• Have a valid email address and an active Brazilian mobile number for verification;
• No other active account at sol777 – only one account is permitted per person, CPF, residential address, and device.

Registration is free. By completing the registration form, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as the cancellation of any associated balances and bonuses.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Sol777 follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable betting industry regulations and Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.

The verification process may be requested in the following situations:

• First withdrawal made on the platform;
• When cumulative withdrawal volume exceeds certain thresholds;
• If misuse of the account or irregular activity is suspected;
• At sol777's discretion, at any point during use of the platform.

4Deposits

Sol777 exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods in the national currency (BRL – R$). Available methods are:

• Pix – instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto) – processing time of up to 1 business day;
• Credit card – Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and other accepted card brands;
• Debit card – with instant approval for eligible cards;
• PicPay – via the mobile app;
• Mercado Pago – balance or card linked to the account;
• TED bank transfer – via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banking institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction for verified accounts, though sol777 may apply temporary limits during identity verification processes. All deposited funds must come from a lawful source. sol777 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties – the payment method must be linked to the account holder's CPF.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at sol777 are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account linked to the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30,00 for standard accounts and R$ 20.00 for Silver VIP members or above.

Processing times by account level:

• Verified standard account: up to 30 minutes via Pix;
• VIP Bronze and Silver members: up to 15 minutes;
• Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP Members: under 5 minutes with guaranteed priority.

Withdrawals are only released after the KYC process is complete. When a bonus is active on the account, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the rollover is fully met. The balance from the original deposit may be withdrawn at any time, provided no active bonus restrictions apply. sol777 does not charge fees on withdrawals for verified accounts.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Sol777 offers a range of promotions for both new and active players. Each bonus has its own conditions, but the general rules below apply to all of them:

• One bonus per person: each welcome bonus can only be redeemed once per CPF, email address, and IP address;
• Rollover: bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The rollover amount and deadline are specified in each promotion;
• Validity period: unused bonuses or bonuses whose rollover has not been completed within the deadline are automatically cancelled with no compensation;
• Game type contribution: Sports Betting and slots contribute 100% toward the rollover; live casino contributes 50%; blackjack contributes 25%; cancelled or void bets do not contribute;
• Minimum odds: bets placed for rollover purposes must have minimum odds of 1.40 per selection;
• Abuse prohibition: deliberate low-risk betting strategies aimed at meeting rollover requirements (such as betting both sides, systematic value betting or hedge betting) may result in bonus cancellation.

7General Betting Rules

By placing bets at sol777, the user accepts the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final: once confirmed by the system, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player, except through the Cash Out feature where available;
• Odds errors: sol777 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical errors, with no payment obligation arising from such cancellation;
• Void bets: cancelled matches, matches postponed by more than 24 hours, or matches not completed will have the wager refunded to the player's balance. Multi-bets containing void selections are recalculated excluding the void leg(s);
• Cash Out: the Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake. sol777 may suspend Cash Out during periods of high odds volatility;
• Bet limit: sol777 may, at its discretion, apply maximum stake limits per bet or per market to individual players;
• Bets placed after the outcome: bets placed with prior knowledge of the outcome (late betting) will be voided and the player's account may be suspended.

Sol777 covers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, state championships and international leagues), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire, Dota 2), basketball, volleyball, MMA/UFC, tennis and other sports as available on the platform.

8Casino & Gambling

The casino games available at sol777 – including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Live Casino, and crash games – operate under the following guidelines:

• Audited RNG: all games with random outcomes (slots, RNG table games) use a random number generator certified by independent auditors, ensuring fair and unpredictable results;
• RTP (Return to Player): the return percentage for each game is available on the game's information page within the platform;
• Live Casino: Live Casino matches are streamed in real time by human dealers. Any technical transmission failure that prevents a round from being completed will result in the affected bets being refunded;

9Account Security

• Public devices: do not access sol777 from public computers or open Wi-Fi networks without VPN protection. sol777 is not liable for any losses resulting from the user's failure to protect their own credentials.

10Account Closure

The player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sol777 support. After closure:

• Any available real-money balance will be returned to the player via Pix after KYC verification, if not yet completed;
• Bonus balances with incomplete rollover will be cancelled without compensation;
• Platform access will be permanently blocked in the event of a permanent self-exclusion;
• Open bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the outcome credited or debited accordingly.

Sol777 may also unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, use of multiple accounts, abusive behavior toward the support team, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the platform or other players.

11Responsible Gambling

Sol777 believes that betting is entertainment and should be treated as such. To help keep the experience healthy, we provide the following tools within each account:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum amount that you commit not to exceed;

12Limitation of Liability

Sol777 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform, which are the player's sole responsibility;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond Sol777's reasonable control;
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures in Brazilian banking systems (such as instability in the Central Bank's Pix network) that are outside Sol777's control;
• Unauthorized use of the account by third parties resulting from the player's negligence in protecting their login credentials;
• Betting decisions made by the player based on information from outside the platform (third-party analysis, predictions, paid tips, etc.).

Sol777's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the real balance available in the player's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

13Changes to the Terms

Sol777 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, active players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new conditions take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date. 14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from the use of sol777, the parties elect the courts of the capital of the State of São Paulo as the competent jurisdiction to settle any litigation, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged.
